Appellant Charles Grier McCoy brings his appeal from his conviction of the crime of unlawful possession of cocaine. After trial by jury McCoy was found guilty and sentenced to four years imprisonment before trial appellant moved to suppress the cocaine which was taken from his person on the ground that its seizure was unlawful. McCoys suppression motion was denied. In this appeal the only error specified is the superior courts denial of the motion.
